HereaboutsAbout
Hereabouts is made by Four Bees LLC, a small software company in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Four Bees LLC builds and runs Hereabouts, a free app for iPhone and Android for sharing where you are and what you're up to, for a little while, with the people you choose. The company designs and develops the app, runs its servers, and reviews every report sent from it.
We think checking in with friends shouldn't mean leaving a permanent trail of where you've been. So posts expire, Private Places stay on your phone, the app never tracks you in the background, and you can go invisible whenever you like.
